TH2617/TH2617A capacitance meter is a capacitance parameter measurement
instrument with high accuracy, wide measurement range. It provides 6 typical measurement
frequencies: 100Hz, 120Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, 40kHz, 100kHz, and 3 measurement signal
levels: 0.1V, 0.3V, 1.0V. With the unique double-frequency measurement function,
TH2617A can measure at two randomly-set frequencies, output and display results,
and sort. The meter can be used for high-speed measurement on production line and
high-accuracy measurement in lab. HANDLER and RS232C interfaces help build an
automatic component sorting system and communicate with computer.
And measurement conditions can be sent to printer through printer interface.
