Brief Introduction

TH2776B is a newly-developed inductance meter with high-quality performance at a low cost.
With the measurement speed up to 20 measurements/second, 10 test frequencies from 50Hz to 100kHz,
3 typical test levels, 5-digit resolution, 2 source resistances and strong measurement function, the meter
can be widely used for quality control on production line, incoming inspection, and component evaluation.
And perfect HANDLER interface, RS232C interface and optional IEE488 (GPIB) interface make up of
automatic test system, computer remote control and data statistics.
