产品描述
TH2776 inductance meter is an inductance parameter measurement instrument
with high accuracy, wide measurement range, 6 selectable typical frequencies
(100Hz,120Hz, 1kHz, 10kHz, 40kHz, 100kHz), and 3 test levels (0.1V, 0.3V, 1.0V).
It can be used to measure many parameters, including series inductance Ls,
parallel inductance Lp, equivalent series resistance ESR, equivalent parallel
resistance EPR, quality factor Q, etc. Combining strong functions, good performance,
and easy operation, the meter can be used for high-speed measurement on production
line and high-accuracy measurement in laboratory. HANDLER and RS232C interfaces
help build an automatic component sorting system and communicate with computer.
And measurement conditions can be sent to printer through printer interface.
