TH2619 high-speed capacitance meter is our newly-developed low-frequency
capacitor parameter measurement instrument. It offers incomparable measurement
speed up to 13ms/time, which solves problem of low measurement speed at low frequency.
It is ideal instrument to perform fast measurement for electrolytic capacitor, ceramic capacitor, etc. Multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) is rather sensitive to measurement signal.
And TH2619 can measure large-amount MLCC at high speed with constant high-level
measurement signal. It is allowed to measure MLCC of 30μF at constant 1kHz/1Vrms,
and measure MLCC of 30 0μF at 100Hz/1Vrms.
